You're right in that it'll mostly come down to the actor, because they've already got great material for a Han Solo film that people would love. Same for a Lando film in all honesty.

What exactly would two hours of Vader even be about? He's turned to dark side, he is the empires fist and hammer, what is the story to be told that hasn't been told by the Original Trilogy?

We've seen his entire backstory in the prequels. Unless they wanna do those over (which they won't), the best we can get is a obi wan spin off and him, where MAYBE him and Vader face off again but he IV made it seem this was the first time they have seen each other since Mustafar

ewan doesnt look like obi wan at all. like at all. disney would have to use alecc's likeness cgi'd on ewans head in his older stages

Theyre actually EXTREMELY close. Ewan is a little makeup away from being old Obi-Wan.

Didn't she do a lot of drugs back in the day too? That can cause significant damage so make it tough to recover.

It is possible to come back from no pulse for 15 minutes though - if CPR was performed that can keep the brain supplied with oxygen which is the key. How soon they started is critical too.
