Never had a problem with the special editions. That argument up there about the Despecialized (First i'm ever hearing of such a thing. Kudos to whoever spent their time and effort on that.) editions is comedy gold though.

The CGI is still a massive step up from the 1997 version:The prequels are somewhat defendable, but a majority of the changes to the special editions are straight stupid. I mean the CGI is straight up trash.
Exhibit A:
No point in adding this scene to ANH, especially with that god awful CGI.
Yeah that's one topic where it's not my battle. I've seen both versions and I don't really care. Other than laughing at creepy Anakin next to Obi-Wan and Yoda at the end of ROTJ.
I was never over the OT's visuals and level of special effects when I was younger. It looks like a set of movies released in the late 70s and early 80s.
so the original editions?I'm actually interested in seeing the OT with absolutely no CG
so the original editions?
The labels and covers, how did you find the paper you needed and the covers themselves?
Couple friends of mine are looking into doing this and I want mine to be flawless. Lookin like I just bought em at Best Buy or some ****
I have an Epson printer and I used Epson Matte paper for mine. Needless to say, the final print came out really well...
I can only vouch for Epson printers/Epson paper( matte, glossy, luster, etc..) based on me taking up graphic design in college. It's the best, bar none, in my opinion...
With that being said, the artwork isn't mine and it was supplied by other Star Wars fans online.

Is there anybody in here who actually remembers going to the movie theatres to see a new hope?
My very first time going to the movies was Empire Strikes Back in 1980. I was 6. Immediately afterwards my sister took me to Thrifty to buy all the action figures. They were .99 cents each.Is there anybody in here who actually remembers going to the movie theatres to see a new hope?

Eh, that's not how prophecies work.Yes because there is a chosen one meant to bring balance to the force. His decisions sway the prophecy to where it runs through his bloodline. At least that's how I've always interpreted it.
More reason for Rey to be a Skywalker as well

"Star Wars: Episode VIII, originally scheduled for release on May 26, 2017, will now debut on December 15, 2017. The move follows the extraordinary success of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which was the first Star Wars movie to premiere in December. In the popular holiday moviegoing corridor, it smashed numerous records, including biggest domestic and global debuts of all time as well as the biggest domestic second and third weekends, en route to becoming the highest grossing domestic release of all time with over $861M and the third biggest global release ever with $1.887B."
