Man I hope that Ewan returns for some anthology films. The dude was LEGIT youn Obi-wan. Too bad the prequels painted him as a dumbass for not seeing Anakins Vader side...

When you compare them, Anakin was supposed to be the main focus of the prequels. Anakin's turn to Vader. Vader the one that hunted and killed the Jedi.
Well, in 3 films, Anakin killed some Sand People. He killed an 82 year old Sith. (Dokuu) He killed the Viceroys. And he killed some kids. Anakin Skywalkers 3 films worth of story.
Same 3 movies, Obi Wan killed Darth Maul, General Grievous, went toe to toe with Jango Fett, and kicked the crap out of Anakin.
18 years later Vader only killed Obi Wan when he let himself be killed.
Are we really sure that Anakin was the chosen one?

Sure, based on Luke's work tho. Luke defeated Vader, defied Palpatine, and he was the focus when Vader snuck up from behind. Luke had been working on Vader earlier in Jedi when he told him he sensed the good in him.
And Vader didn't really match up with Palps, he just snuck up on him. Had he squared off, he likely gets his *** kicked like he did in all his other matchups. Even Dukoo kicked his *** the first time.

Based on what? Luke had zero training at 18. And blew up the Death Star. 5 years later, he fought Vader for his first ever lightsaber fight. And survived. His next one, he won.
He was trained by a ghost, and a dying Yoda. And not even trained that much.
Anakin was trained during the height of the Jedi Order, by apparently, one of the greats based on everyone we saw Obi Wan deal with.
Give Luke the same 10-15 years of training, and he knocks off the kid killer like it was nothing.
Hopefully you are starting to see some of the frustration of the storytelling that took place during the prequels, one of the baddest men in the galaxy was reduced to crying while killing Sand People and then slaughtering little kids that looked to him for help. That's what we were given, on screen.

I'll be happy to watch anything Rebels does with Vader, but if this is the best I get, Vader in his prime waxing Jedi, but in cartoon form, after what I had to go thru in the prequels, I'm going to be even more upset.
