Suing a doctor or a hospital is WAY harder than most people think.

You basically have to prove that they deviated from accepted standards of medical practice which directly caused serious harm to the patient. You also have to deal with the fact that the doctors document everything, and there's bloodwork and other diagnostics to support their documentation. It's basically your word against theirs, but they have it in writing in real time with supporting evidence.

Yeah. Basically boils down to how well the doctors and nurses documented everything.

If there's even something SOMEWHAT questionable about the documentation the hospital is most likely gonna settle outside of court. They don't want that smoke.

Yea I'm the same way about the "magic stories" I think it's bulls***.

But if they really believe in that, it won't hurt to go with that.
It will work or it won't.
I think if u show him/them that YOU believe, that could have an impact.

Again, I personally think it's a medical thing , but pinoy gon pinoy.

I hope he gets better
