The character evolution of Franklin from S1 to present is superb. He a different breed now. Super focused. Rob had to go.
Guess Uso & Teddy's convo outside the school means no potential Lucia appearance?
The tension in Teddy/Franklin's final scene is going to be the main theme for the remainder of the season. You can sense it. Wonder what Teddy's agenda is? Get rid of Franklin and his operation completely?

Teddy is a company man/puppet he believes in
the goal and wants money for the rebels/weapons Franklin helps him with that I don't think things are any different than before.
The thing that stands out is the $1000 per key he wanted from the new guy vs $9000 Franklin asked Teddy for. How's he gonna compete at that price ?

Nah. Wasn't it he wanted a $1000 discount per key which is $9000, Giddy said cool, then he told Teddy that at the end & Teddy said nah let's do $10000, which i assume was the previous price?

Nah he's gonna be right in this instance. Something is gonna go left with that building/deal.
Leon is better suited for brick and mortar type businesses anyway. Stores, laundry mat etc
Franklin is supposed to be smart but putting everything in real estate he doesn't control outright is stupid. Kinda like the offshore bank situation.
