Smh Floyd Mayweather.

Floyd has ducked and dodged the BEST fighters most of his career. That's fact, he admits it openly saying that there are many guys more dangerous then the paychecks they would give him so he won't fight them. Even the best he has fought came with stipulations. Corrales was forced to go so low in weight he was DEAD before the bell rang to start the fight. He avoided mosley for a decade until he was so ring worn from fighting everyone floyd wouldn't that he isn't really a threat anymore yet he STILL had floyd out on his feet in the second round. When he fought Castillo he LOST hands down and everyone who knows boxing agrees though he did win the rematch easily. He will never fight guys in their prime like he is right now who pose a serious threat. Sergio Martinez would make for one of the most interesting matchups of the last few years and he calls out floyd regularly. Paul Williams would roast floyd but since floyd will have nothing to do with either of those great fighters they are gonna fight one another, again. He picks and chooses fights so carefully that his true legacy will be more like that of roy jones(duck and dodger)then a true champ like joe calzage who fought EVERYONE.

Manny is another story altogether. In the begining he fought everyone. He fought guys people gave him no chance to beat and he went to war. He won and he lost but he gained respect every single time cause that is what a fighter should do. Then he fought marquez and everything changed. He started forcing every single fighter to either move up to a weight that they aren't built for or move down to a weight that they can't make. It made every fight unfair physically. Look at the de la hoya fight which was supposedly his biggest win. They KILLED de la hoya at the weigh in. If you re-watch the fight you can see before it even started that roach tells manny to jump on him cause he's dead. In an interview after roach says right when they got in the ring he saw the needle marks on de la hoyas arm showing he needed fluids which happens when you cut weight too much and can't keep down food or water. Roach trained de la hoya and knew exactly what weight he could not survive and used that to smash him. Same thing with cotto. That fight at a higher weight class is an epic war for sure. Drained like that cotto is a punching bag. It's not cheating but it sure isn't boxing. The whole steriod thing is beyond laughable. Of course he juices. There is no question anymore. Look at how his SKULL has changed shape in recent years. That doesn't happen for ANY other reason. He refuses olympic style testing saying it's cause he's scared of needles? Really? Then when floyd busts mosleys ancient #!% roach says oh well ok we'll test up to two weeks before the fight like you wanted! Of course floyd won't accept that now after mosley buzzed him and after he beat mosley who is someone roach has said before that manny will never fight because he's too dangerous unless he comes down to a weight that would kill him. i honestly don't think most of this stuff is mannys fault. He's too stupid. Roach pulls all the strings and he has turned a once fearless warrior into a drug-using fight fixing chump.

The worst part is that they are both so horribly talented they COULD be giving us some of the best fights in the history of boxing. Instead one avoids the best there is and the other uses drugs and fame to force people into fights they can't win. Both cowards in their own ways that are too scared to fight one another for fear of losing the legacy neither of them actually have.

ROFL you really THINK someone like PAUL WILLIAMS who KEEPS GETTING CAUGHT WITH LEFT HOOKS by fighter after fighter can beat floyd mayweather?

Paul can't keep his guards up to save his life, see you was onto something until I read that part............and if anybody KNOWS boxing and has watched Paul Williams last few fights, they would know that man has been getting his neck snapped back alittle too much lately, BY OPPONENTS that can't hold mayweather's towel he uses to wash up with.

now don't get me wrong, paul's a hellava fighter, he's good no doubt, but dude has been getting DECKED.....mayweather is wayyyyy too sharp for that man, guys that are 5 times slower than mayweather is catching paul, what makes you think Money wouldn't eat him alive?

if anyone need's proof, watch the first fight between paul williams and carlos quintana, Carlos WON  that fight. because he was faster? no, because he was stronger? No, because he had more stamina? No .....it's because he kept catching Paul williams over and over with left hook and left hook, Paul was more wide open on that side of his face than a broken out bus window.

Paul fought him again and won of course, but the next fights after that, he kept getting caught with the SAME thing.......there's a blueprint to beating Paul Williams....he's already lost.......where's the blueprint to beat mayweather? some will say, oh paul is tall, and his reach will be a problem, plus he throw's too many punches.......well then, diego was tall, and his reach was long, look what happened............far as throwing all of them punches, a excellent defense, beats a great offense anyday.....

I don't care who u are. Anyone that thinks mayweathers comments are acceptable, passing as good judgement, and not ignorant, (after manny agrees to do all the testing and mayweather ignores the timetable set to fight him)then u all are really stupid idiots. Fanboy, stans, nuthuggers, homers, or ******s, it doesn't matter. U are all dumb as FK.

And didn't PAC wanted to fight Floyd only cuz that's the world wants to see. Getting paid as well lol.

That is complete BS. Most of his career

. He has been doing that for his most recent fight but not most of his career. You're exaggerating bro

History lesson for you bro.

At 130 pounds he flat out ducked joel casamayor and acelino freitas both amazing fighters at that time.

At 135 he said again and again he'd fight paul spadafora but refused to sign the contract and never mentioned it again.

At 140 kostya tszyu was one of the best EVER in his prime and floyd refused to even say his name after calling him out to sound brave.

At 147 he dodged miguel cotto and antonio margarito and still does.

Ay 154 he straight up says paul williams is too dangerous and sergio martinez isn't well known enough which is a bold-faced lie.

He fakes retirement again and again and sits back and watches real fighters pound each other to death then swoops in and fights the leftovers of what were once great warriors and acts like they are still in their prime like they were 5-10 years ago when he refused to even think about maybe possibly sort of wanting to fight them.

That is all FACT.

You can call it BS all you want tho, bro.

Where's the proof bro?

at the time of miguel cotto, it wasnt the right move business wise, that fight wouldn't have sold much, and if miguel stayed undefeated he would have got his shot, but he lost to margarito.

I recall a fight where Floyd RAN THROUGH arturo gatti (may god rest his soul, great fighter) and they cut to a scene where miguel was IN THE CROWD watching,

now ppl on NT, when I tell you the sheer look of surprise on this man face was funny, it was funny, it caught  me off guard

all at once. Cotto didn't even want it with that man.

and I never recalled him saying Paul Williams was too dangerous, dude you're straight up throwing stuff in there to belittle mayweather......

the guy is the best out NOW in boxing, Paul Williams and Cotto is not messing with this man, not on no day....

It's obvious pacquiao juices, come on now. No matter how much dedication/faith w.e. you want to call it, you can't achieve his body and over-all progress in such a small amount of time.

Anyone who lifts knows it takes 4-6 years of hard work to get 15-20lbs of muscle like he did(ie:106-145), without roids. What manny did in 1-2years with an insanely low BF and such a change of chin and physical aesthetics is not achieved naturally( check his phsyical change from flyweight to now). No boxer ever has went up that many times and actually win almost all bouts in each division; it is unheard of.

What floyd did in the video, was wrong, i agree.

It's obvious that people hate Pacquiao so much that they are willing to grasp at straws and use flimsy evidence such as their speculation, and Floyd Mayweather and Paulie Malignaggi saying that Pacquiao is on steroids to "prove" that Pacquiao is on steroids without actual proof.  I guess for some people its okay to believe someone's word without actual proof and that if you believe hard enough it will come true.

Case that Pacquiao is obviously not on steroids using actual proof instead of speculation

-No history of steroid use
-No connection to BALCO, no grand jury testimony connecting his name on steroids
-Passed every urine and blood test up to his recent Clottey fight

Going up in division is not unheard of is you paid attention to boxing history and does not show definite proof on being steroids other than your flawed explanation using speculation instead of actual evidence.  Mayweather went up in weight as well but you ignore that fact and don't speculate he's on steroids.

Thomas Hearns 147-175 pounds
Ray Leonard 147-175 pounds
Roberton Duran 135-168 pounds
Hector Camacho 130-160 pounds
Oscar De La Hoya 130-154 pounds
Lester Ellis 130 -154 pounds
James Toney 160-210 pounds

Pacquiao was a flyweight in 98, super bantamweight in 2001, featherweight 2003, super featherweight 2008, lightweight 2008, junior welterweight 2009, and welterweight in 2009 and does not show an extreme an extreme weight change considering Pacquiao was a flyweight 12 years ago at age 20 (Pacquiao is now 31) which shows a flaw in your reasoning in trying to show moving up in weight classes "proves" steroid use considering Floyd Mayweather also went up similar weight classes and other boxers mentioned above went up similar weight classes as well.  Yet you only speculate Pacquiao is on steroids and not Mayweather or the boxers mentioned above.

Truth been told.

Pacman >>> Mayweather, Mayweather knows what'll happen to him if he steps in the ring wit Pacman so he'll continue to dodge and keep that record clean. *note* he only fights people who he knows he can beat.

& Pacman passed his test btw
 they fight  the same dudes

Pacman is clearly not on steroids using my arguments above and that Pacquiao haters are trying so hard to discredit him that all they can use is just speculation without actual proof which is a total joke.

Really dude?

Really?

That is the problem with most boxers today. No balls. Williams is 5 inches taller and has about 10 inches on floyd in reach but the weight is not an issue. Since when is it OK to not fight someone cause they pose a threat or have a physical advantage??? A true fighter goes after the best, goes after the biggest threats and collects belts and scalps like a damn warrior. It should be a chess game IN THE RING not in the match-making. Avoiding the best fighters and best fights while trying to get kinged on the other end of the board is not what boxing should be.

You question is easy tho. Why would mayweather fight paul williams? Cause he says he the best EVER so he should go out and prove it. He won't. Cause he isn't.

Well, that's whats wrong with boxing today.  If boxing only had one sanctioning body instead of the big three with the WBA, WBC, and IBF, boxing fans would be able to see matches that they want to see instead of fighters choosing who they want to fight.
