I've also started a website. Haven't put much time in it. Check it out and tell me what you think. Toomuchtech.orgInb4 dame dash quote
For me, I'm looking at a laundromat (made a thread about it) and possibly buying an 18 wheeler
I know a woman who's husband is on the trucking business (has his own)
I'm going to sit down with them in May and see what's the best course of action for hiring someone, finding freight, and ways to acquire a big rig....
I'm planning on starting a website /creating an app this year too... I'll be posting it here on nt and expect yall to use it!!
I really want to get into the real estate game but don't have the money to get into it
- Not focus entirely on IRA/401k
- Save ~70% of my paychecks
- Invest in real estate in my area
- Selling off unnecessary wardrobe
Good topic.
Reasoning for this?

Yea I been cut out the shoes. I can see a big increase in my money.
Reasoning for this?
Not buying pointless **** like shoes.
I have my 401k set up at work (who wouldn't?), but I hope I won't be depending on it when the time comes.
Reasoning for this?
You plan on driving on the side? My pops owned a rig when I was growing up as some side income. He leased it out to drivers and took a cut. Seemed like easy money, but then again I was a kid so I'm not too hip to the ins and outs of how he had it set up.For me, I'm looking at a laundromat (made a thread about it) and possibly buying an 18 wheeler

From the few conversations I've had, the hardest part is
1. Finding freight that needs transportation
2. Driver expenses
Some guys have to take care of all the expenses themselves, but they get paid a hefty fee
They also have beds in their rigs to offset hotel costs so that's more scratch for them.
You also have to choose between leasing a truck and buying a truck (as do people with their vehicle purchases)
I plan on leasing so I won't be on the hook for a $150k vehicle over a 10 year note...
If I can lock down a short lease, I think it will be a good experiment to try
I've been thinking about many different avenues of getting this paper. To be honest, I need to get my finances right and figure out a game plan
What exactly do you do?Once I got into eCommerce I haven't looked back since. There's something beautiful about waking up to new sales every day, especially when you don't have to ship the products myself.
