RUN with US on INSTAGRAM #NTrunning (NikeTalkRunning)

First thing that comes to mind is Squat Wolf. Unsure if they are available in your location, and also have not tried them so unable to recommend.

Quick google search led me to this article with some other options.

That’s exactly the type I’m talking about. I’ll look into them. Thanks.

Best headphones to run with in long runs? I use pros but as I’m running more and getting sweatier they fall off. Don’t need those big *** headphones, but ones that prolly curl the ear.

i think you might need better ear tips?

mine never falls out

but if you want to keep the airpods, they have ear hook attachments you can find at amazon

How do you guys deal with your keys when running? Cant stand them clanking around in my pocket

Been carrying my phone and keys in my hands smh but now that I’m running more I’m getting more annoyed and don’t run as efficient. I’m thinking of getting them Nike Fanny packs . Think they call them waist pack

i have a set of keys specifically for running that's separate from my normal set–it's on a key ring that only carries two keys to unlock my door and gate. if my running shorts have a zipper pocket, i'll toss them in there, otherwise i'll just hold them since they're very light. rubberized key covers also helps with minimizing the clanking when they're in my back pocket. i've also used a small rubberband to keep the keys together to prevent them from banging into other when i run.

yall fast in here for me, I just be getting cardio at average 14minute or so pace run/walk/jogs. I also wear a weight vest but still, I'll jump in when I can hit 3 in 35 minutes

It’s a repetition bro. You’ll get there quicker than you realize it if you stay consistent with it. There are a bunch of apps and other resources to train as well. Def let people in here know if you need to be pointed in the right direction.
