Jim be forgetful sometimes, he said NY started the Nike boot, he said NY didn't wear FUBU  :smh:, Kanye definitely came in the game w/ "fitted" clothes in the era, while Jim & the rest of dips stuff was baggy as hell. Kanye blew up Carhartt/workwear stuff when he was hiding his mantits, & now I can't find a damn carhartt shirt or jacket in thrift stores anymore. It was a guarantee that you'll walk in & tan canvas linned carhartt jacket.

You could tell in real time that Jacob wasn’t putting out the best quality, he was just the hot name and added color to his pieces which is what cats wanted at that time
I gotta disagree. To this day Jacob is light years ahead of any of the other jewelers in terms of craftsmanship. Homie been in his own league. They did get caught up selling CZ’s but nobody matching that quality.

human made is hard

I would buy this if I saw it in a thrift store, but not for retail. It's cool though. Not w/ that colour denim though. A light medium wash pair of 505 or 512 cut would w/ some og stan smith's would set it off well.
