I always looked at the Ross situation like that. It’s not the greatest look for homie to have been a CO, but everyone know those folks are grossly underpaid and in a high risk situation every time they clock in. It’s not hard to fathom A CO doing dirt both inside and outside of the jail, given that they’re in close proximity to criminals.
