be my lawyerNot necessarily. There are a few inconsistencies in the story he initially told. But there’s still room for skepticism. If we’re looking at only these documents they’re bringing up now on the Coli, it’s not damning enough to write Ctg off as a liar/rapist.
“1. He said that he went to the police station
Arrest Warrant, then documented arrest determined that was a lie:
”
1) the coli is claiming that he lied when he said he went to the police department. Not necessarily true. In the interviews, he’s said that he initially went to the police station the day after the incident and told officers that he took responsibility for everything because he didn’t want his little cousin getting hemmed up for being at the party. He said the officers at the station told him that no charges had been filed against anyone at that point. Keep in mind that the affidavit stated the party occurred on June 8th or 9th. The courts didn’t issue a warrant until the 25th. So him going to the station claiming responsibility could have been used as the grounds for them having enough evidence to detain him and bring him up on charges.
“2. Charlamagne said he wasn't even there and someone framed him. LIE
The victim said he told the courts that the sex was consensual which would explain why even if they found DNA they would need her testimony but since she stopped coming he got a plea deal”
Again, not necessarily true. The victim verbatim said “I think he told them it was consensual.” There’s no record produced thus far of Ctg saying he had sex with the victim, let alone consensual sex.
He admitted to taking DNA tests, and claimed that they came back proving his innocence. These are some of the key documents that would help to paint a more precise picture of what happened. There are a world of possibilities that could be thought of just by listening to what the victim claimed and reading what the court documents show today. But it’s not enough for this Coli detective to start dismissing things as a LIE.
“3. He lied and said that he was only 20, small lie but still a lie
Now I want to see the DNA results because if he said it was consensual that only means he was forced to admit that he had sex with her.”
I have no idea what they’re even trying to assert here.
Him lying in the interview about being 20 is what makes you now want to see the DNA results? Not the fact that these DNA results exist in the first place and would probably be the most critical piece of evidence to be evaluating to begin with?
“4. The gang rape story has not been confirmed because she only said HE raped her. That was another lie he made up to discredit her and make it seem like he wasnt involved.
“
The victim alleging that only Ctg raped her is also not proven/confirmed. He very well could have raped her. What could also be true is that she may have been intoxicated (as she admitted to drinking) and didn’t/doesn’t have as clear of a recollection as she believes. This is why the DNA evidence is the most important piece of this puzzle. Having that information shines a lot of light on a whole lot of seeming inconsistencies.
And again, that’ document above is only the affidavit presented to the grand jury. The document I spoke about earlier this morning. It’s not a verdict of guilt.
I’m no law expert. But those first 4 points that Coli poster presented are very poorly put together. Needless to say I highly doubt they’re any different that the other online detectives who piece together what’s available and try to present it as the total story.
Nas won that year for me plus he had a fire song in GTA IV that I placed in Untitled tooThe Recession is the best album of 08
Honorable Mentions
Scarface - Emeritus
Killer Mike - Pledge 2
Plies - Definition of Real
NaS - Untitled
G Unit - Terminate On Sight
Phife > qtipQ-Tip had my favorite album of the year in 2008
Would be the best song on the album( along with Gunz and Butter) but I can't get over those weak *** pan flutes
Skepta made the beat and literally just used the stock Garageband ****
Phife > qtip
Styles > kiss > sheek
Rza>Ghost > rae > gza > the rest of em
Boo > gotti
Beans > jay
Not necessarily a bad thing, but was surprised to see Best But still holding CD inventory. Went ahead and purchased Atrocity Exhibition, some Temptations compilation, and Hits, Rarities, and Remixes(as well as The Dreamer/The Believer from BB.com). Redemption CD arrived today also.
Wouldn't mind expanding on my CD collection, but definitely going to need some more storage space. Approaching close to like 40-50 CDs bought this year.

I'm waiting to hear about Project Pat going after Drake for jackin' his verse from this song and using it on the Look Alive record.

Rza the best out the Wu? As a rapper?
Nah man. Ghost, Rae, meth, gza, deck all better than him
Cap and killa were fire thoThey have a topic for this
Definitely don't agree with the last one
And I liked Phife and related more, but Q-Tip was the better rapper.
Styles puts out better music
The Wu opinion might be on point
That RZA opinion by pmpdaddyrobford actually topped anything nawghtyhare said
RZA is probably only better than U-God and Dirty. I'm taking Masta Killa and Cap over him. Much less Genius, Ghost, Rae, Meth, Deck
My only complaint was the first song, I can't remember exactly but it was the way he tried to rhyme some words and or he started goin off beatI seen one store that didn't have any and I went yesterday to another and they had them all still. Might be cheaper to just sell them instead of shipping them all back.
Album was cool but the production on that album was unbearable and I'm not that guy to complain about Nas beats but for this one, it was bad.
Aubrey just a Jew that steals from blacks, it’s nothing new
That interview was hard to listen to. I’m curious to see what happens. We’ve seen people in media lose their jobs over much less, I’m expecting a lot of excuses and hypocrisy
