Had Zimcoward given a truthful account of the incident he would have said this;
"When I shot him in the heart, the force of the point blank shot to his chest made him RAISE UP, and he fell over. Then I jumped on his back and waited for backup."

like how is it easier to see beyond a reasonable doubt in terms of self defense? a reasonable doubt would mean the level of doubt an action taken would raise in a reasonable person's mind. in that situation, he obviously he went beyond or exceeded that level that by shooting this kid, as normal people dont shoot in fistfights. he made a mistake, he overreacted, he didnt already have it in his mind... whatever reason there is no doubt there are countless other actions he could have taken to avoid this, not TM.

TM attacked him. He felt like his life was being threaten. People can be beat to death. Probably the reason he pulled out his gun and pulled the trigger.

You are not suppose to be able to get out of car chase someone down with gun and flashlight like you the cops after you scare them into running. And when they get tired of running from you they turn around and knock you out you can't shoot them cuz rlthey are defending themselves.the law has to change.
