what part of the game is that?

If your looking out for me like family,
you should be able to understand this,
I don't do things like this normally,
I didn't mean it, And I just want it to be the past, and forget about it.
I'm not holding it back because I don't want to,
I'm doing it because I'm ashamed of it.

Understand that fam?

we all do dumb stuff homie it's part of youth. one day you'll look back at this and laugh... but the rest of us want to laugh at it today

You can't seal felonies that are stated,

Armed robbery.
Drug traffic.
Sexual offender.
1-2 degree assault.
Other VERY SERIOUS crimes.

And you can only seal Juvenile crimes.
and since I didn't have a record before it, I could.
it's called Differed, stated from my lawyer.

For adults it's called expunge.

No,
It's called restitution, If I pay it I get differed, which means sealed from my record.
But, I'm also wondering, If I don't pay it. Will it still get sealed when i'm 18.

among 3 people,
would the cost be split among the 3.

or would each have to pay full price,
because we have to pay 3.4k

so would I have to pay around 1k?
or what?

You're each going to have to pay full price.
One case, but 3 different individuals/files.

Are you sure?
Because I know people who have had theres split.

How you gonna ask a question then stoneface an honest answer?

you doin' here then?

Because, it could be different, in some cases.
Why are you lurking the thread with no answer to my question?
You look more stupid then me,

I look stupid because i'm reading a thread with nothing to contribute?  Guess that makes every single person on NT stupid, huh?

Why would I give you the benefit of my knowledge anyways?  You'd just second guess me and stoneface me.

Being an ingrate is not a good look.  Go ahead and tell me i'm wrong.

I'm not having a pointless argument with you.
Okay, that's cool.
Nothing to contribute, then quit sparking something.
I get it, now that's enough.

It's in the past and he obviously does not want to revisit it.

Honestly, though? Asking a question and stonefacing when you don't get the answer you want to hear?
Enjoy that felony
grin.gif
.

It's called verifying.
and I will enjoy my hidden felony, that nobody could see except the FBI.

laugh.gif
what does that even mean

Obviously you have no experience with law.
Juvenile record's with no problems leading up to when you turn 18, are sealed.
From Public view of course, which is my only concern.

Felonies aren't automatically expunged or sealed. Some states require you to wait a period before applying to seal records. Even if your records are sealed, law enforcement and other agencies perfoming background checks can STILL access your records. It really depends on what state you're in. You REALLY need to speak to a lawyer, it doesn't sound like you know what you are doing. If you are in contact with a lawyer and you still have these questions, you should get another one because he/she isn't helping you. I was recently charged with Robbery in the 2nd Degree after robbing a drug dealer who went to the cops (what part of the game is that?
smh.gif
). The first court date passed and the DA offered me and my co-defendant a pleas of A Misdemeanors with 3 years probation which we rejected because the case is ridiculous (who really believes a drug dealer with a record's word). My lawyer is a beast (former prosecutor, he knows the game well) and he fully expects to take this to trial and force the DA to drop it down to a non-criminal charge.
