Here's the link to one of their threads: http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=295663http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=296029

strap orders $35.00 and above will include: free shipping in the US, spring bars and the mini full service spring bar tool. The tool may be substituted for: static wrap watch protector, Cape Cod cloth or additional titanium (16, 18), brushed or PVD buckle (18)

so, changing the straps on ANY watch should be no problem?
im thinkin of getting this citizen watch with the intention of switchin it with a black leather(/croc) strap.

103538cc.jpg

could it be done? you think it would look good?

i also ended up gettin this nixon. word to CrazyEBW
A058-hero-001.jpg

i loved the look of it but when it arrived it was a mixed feeling. i like black watches with big faces, and i knew this thing was gonna be huge, but gatdamnthis mutha $%#* is heavy! and im also thinkin of switiching the band to leather.

idk.
suggestions ?

Putting a 20mm strap on a 21 mm lug will work, as long as you can live with the gap.
Most people get custom straps or just put a 22mm, squeeze it in there to make it work.
I suggest looking for different brands and you might find one in a 21mm size.

That Citizen Eco-Drive will look good with a croc strap.
Taking off a bracelet is a bit tricky, there are less room to move around like the elatehr band.
Again, it will just take some getting used to and practice.
Just try your best and be patient and try not too worry too much if there is a scratch under the watch or by the lug.

The Nixon would look good with a Pam strap.
If it is a 22mm opr 24mm size, I would suggests omething like these:

i think that the yellow minutes hand and the little yellow seconds hands or whatever they are make it pop. that just me.

Nice pick ups RFX. The all black is smooth as hell. The watch is heavy as HELL and the white band gets dirty mad easy. I need to figure out how to switch bandsfor this watch to get black or either a good method to clean that PU material. Any ideas.

For your Nixon? Why not get a black rubber strap?

I like the 3rd strap a lot. I'm not familiar at all with changing bands and the sizes etc. Would these be too narrow compared to the watches face size? Idefinitely would like to checkout a new band for the winter time.

As long as you get the same size band that fits the lug perfectly, I do not think it would look narrow at all, especially the 3rd one since it is pretty thick.
Just makes sure you know the lug size on your watch.

The new Perrelet Turbine Watch.
It looks great and will be revealed by Lussori in Carmel, CA, my watch AD.

Dolce Gabanna Watches worth the money or are they just designer prices?

Also Anyone have a pic wearing that Tissot PRC 200 thats black? it looks super clean but I feel like the case size might be too small for my wrist.

I really like the Tissots, and Would get a new band if i got one but i want to make sure they would be the best for the price range and worth it since its aninvestment for a 20 yr old like me

^^^ Not my pic or watch but here's a pic of someone wearing the Tissot PRC 200.

It is a really nice looking watch. classy/sporty.

RFX I had a question. I have a Citizen Nighthawk currently and Im interested in swapping the band out for something else- I was thinking leather (black/red) orcarbon fiber (Although I have a feeling one of those bands costs more than my watch
laugh.gif
). What sort of thing do you recommend?

Thanks in advance and nice job to all of you holding this thread down, I've been looking through it for months.

Edit: Band width of the Nighthawk is 22mm.

Thanks for those pics RFX, I did some research and saw alot more on the watchseek forums, and decided I was going to get that watch as my first nice one

1 more question tho

I know i want the strap model, but I figured I would buy an alternate strap as well
Which would look better in your opinion
The Carbon with white stiching, like above, or the Golfer?, both made by Hirsch

Thanks for your opinions and help

AgentArenas, watch straps aren't as expensive as you think. You can get a good quality one for $25-$40.
I always recommedn fredawatchstraps.com like I am affiliated with but I really am not, I just like their prices and service.
With a $35 or more order, the watch tool and shipping is free and you get a free additional buckle or cape cod polishing cloth if you say your a watchuseekforum member.
This CF strap is $22 and made by Hadley Roma, the strap should last you for a while too.

This Alligator grain is $43 and looks great with contrast stitching made by Hadley Roma.

This ones only $25 and it looks pretty darn good.

$27 for this Breitling styled straps.

Lots of strap choices that won't break your bank.
To be honest though, I would suggest a PAM styled strap, it is also a pilot-esque style which is perfect for the NightHawk.
Even though it is $50, it will look great in the dark brown version.

Or this Hirsch, for $33.25.

40inchBoost, are you asking for the Tissot PRC200?
If so, I think either one would look good.
You've seen the CF strap, here is it int eh golfer, you decide.
I think it looks good on both.
