Depending on the hat someone may bite. I just hate paying taxes lol that’s why IG and Facebook groups are cool albeit lots of scamming happening so always gotta be careful.

Metallic thread is a hassle. It’s more brittle than regular thread so it has a tendency to break in the embroidery machine. I’m not surprised they want to eliminate headaches

Yeah I was told that earlier this week- crazy. I’m hoping they’ll just not let any of the new orders going forward use it sense they’re taking a Covid break anyway. 10/11 orders that haven’t been put in use metallic thread in some capacity. I just finished changing up all of those just in case.

Did that for the LA Burger club hat that dropped. I was offering 70 for that one since I really wanted it and got a bite!

Felt a way about paying resale for a hat, but there's a Padres one I really want and I don't feel like trekking to the Bronx just for them to be sold out.

HC is trash. My terrible luck continues with them. Does anyone know an expedited way to contact them? They shipped me the wrong hat.

How do you confuse a dark navy tigers with green under with a black nasty royal blue DODGERS on field ?

Their return interface is weird. I can’t return the 61 tigers since I never received it.

The 60th anniversary patch is pretty cool but it’s not what I wanted. I knew they shipped it too quickly. Damn.

Has anyone had this happen? Should I wait for Monday and do the live chat type thing? Or start a return? There appears to be a restocking fee. They ripped me off too by giving me a $45 msrp hat when I paid for two at $50. Maybe I’ll get paypal involved. This is getting ridiculous

It’s happened to me before, but I sent them an email regarding the situation. They’ll try to send you the hat with a return label If it’s still available, if not, they’ll give you a refund. Their customer service is actually not that bad. But they’re only available from M-F which sucks.
