Thanks. Their contact us page was acting up earlier. I couldn’t find the email or phone # or the fill form. All I saw was their social media icons.It’s happened to me before, but I sent them an email regarding the situation. They’ll try to send you the hat with a return label If it’s still available, if not, they’ll give you a refund. Their customer service is actually not that bad. But they’re only available from M-F which sucks.
I went the e-mail route with a couple photos and an airing of my frustration. I thought I’d get two hats no one wants and there won’t be issues. It appears to be in stock in a variety of sizes. It’s funny they shipped me another hat no one wants. The size is correct though.
Them shipping with a return label sounds best. Their return page mentions restocking fees and shipping costs. No additional inconvenience should come my way but you know how it goes.
I haven’t dealt with them since 2018 or so when they were much smaller. Them and lids used to have great CS. I guess it was bound to happen. I could see if it was the same color and same theme (like HH did with me on another tigers cap). But this one isn’t even close. It’s not like the sku is wrong in the underside of the cap either. The last time I dealt with hc cs, they sent me a $10 gift card for my troubles. We shall see.
