Do you know how to drag icons? If not, just press one icon and hold it until it and every other icons start to shake.  Press and hold the icon you want and drag it to the bottom and it should work considering you downloaded the 5 dock app.

I currently have the web2go w/unlimited text and data for $19.99.  I haven't had any issues with my internet speed.  Seems normal to me.

I have a wooden dock I wanna use. when I put it in my theme folder do I have to rename it with a .theme extension like dock.theme or can I leave it?

Just rename it to Dock.png and overwrite over your previous dock.
