the icons are from deviantart.com Search neon icons, there are about 4 different packs.
The clock theme is called Yboris Time. The clock, twitter, and to do list are a program called Rainmeter. If you're on mac i think it's calledRainlender

My 42" flat panel is aleady mounted on the wall.

This is an L-shaped desk in the corner of my bedroom, I have plenty of work space.
