It's the new Trillian Astra, which is an aggregate IM client that allows you to use AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, Facebook Chat,WLM, Gmail (and other e-mails), twitter, etc from right inside your contact list.This is the Bleach skin (which comes in other colors) and the program has other skins.It has a lot of features that the proprietary IM clients don't offer and is faster/uses less memory than them. It's in open beta right now but isbasically feature complete. Some of the features are pro features (you have to pay for them), but you're free to use these features for 30 days before theprogram shuts them off. Right now they're focusing on Windows but they plan to release it for OSX and Linux soon after. A working version for the iPhone isalso available for beta testing.

It's a great program, you should try it out.
