okay kinda figured it out again, what i did was use batch editor then added the background and on the right side should be a tag called object use that to addthe pictures as layers.
photoshop probably has a better way of doing it but yeah. this is good enough for me

Just make a lil rectangle with the rectangle lasso tool and fill it in white, then lower the opacity.
