I met the kindest dog in the world on the dog trails awhile back. didnt even realize it was a pit until the owner told me. buying a dog for 500 or more seemswreckless when other dogs are dieing at the pound. unless you need a speciality, its all about braging rights and being selfish.

Good point. Here in San Diego they have all kinds from Bullys to APBT at the pounds. I walk my two to the pound right around the corner once aweek and just look and I wish we had a bigger yard so I could rescue more.

I was gonna say the same about yours...I had to do a double take when i saw yours in the pic next to all the kicks LOL....they look soo alike especially if youwere to see mine in person...the ears...i like his ears "natural" the only reason i believe people started the whole cropping of ears was because offighting...now its like a fad/style...plus my son likes to pull on them when he plays cowboy with him LOL

Their cool, but only to a few select owners. You really need to know what you're doing, and have to be trained. They are not like other dogs, but can be agreat dog if under the control of a strict and knowladgable owner.
