Spurs are streaking, Lakers are killing, NO is still up there, Utah isn't going anywhere. and Phoenix and Dallas were stalling with their new guys, but itslookin like Dallas is on their way up and Phoenix is on the way down. and Houston will cruise past Phoenix over the next couple of days. all it will take isfor Golden State and Denver to get their #*%% together and make up ground, and the 2-time MVP misses the playoffs.

i dont know why anyone thought Shaq was a good idea...

The West is so wide open right now; there are no guarantees for ANYBODY. Even the Lakers could go on a 4 game losing streak and findthemselves on the outside looking in...(before a Laker fan comes in and says that won't happen, i'm not saying it will)

Houston might very well pass them in the standings in the next week

"Shaq's real value will be seen during the playoffs"

and

"He's been acquired to play in April (playoffs), not in February".


They may be right, but the real question is: Will the Suns even reach the playoffs?

By the way they're struggling now, and the West so competitive it's crazy... there's a remote chance that they'll miss the playoffs.
