So a regular on the Karen Hunter hosts a podcast on Fraudsters. They just dropped an episode on Umar. They pretty much use his own words to expose himself 😂 wait till you hear about his “book”

Listen I think Umar Johnson made himself into a joke but I ain’t bout to listen to no wyt guys kill this mans character... not them.

One of the dudes on the show is black. While I haven't listened to it yet, in the second episode the interview a black woman that was a Umar supporter.

Most of the evidence they use to expose Umar seems to mostly come from black people calling out his nonsense.

DCAllAfrican DCAllAfrican nah breddrin I’m good with this thread.

half these dudes here ain’t black and the rest of them are kids that have no clue what black power is.

we get it yall don’t like Umar, but a constant thread everyday to make jokes? I’m good.

Most black people are worthless to the cause anyway, it’s all good man.

I’m sure you’re not going to listen to it, which is fine. But while the episodes have funny elements the entire thing is backed by money, research, and evidence. They’ve got an entire research team to vet things they put out. None of it is twisting umar words or misinterpreting his actions. They interview people, black people with black owned business that he hires to work and never pays, they talk about how he keeps loosing nonprofit status because he is never transparent with financials. Like I said, you probably won’t listen to it cause it’s critical of someone you respect but this is probably the most substantiated production I’ve ever heard going into detail about that mans actions.
If we’re leaving gritting black pastors in 2020, we can leave all grifters.

ironically one of the things that they speak on as a common theme is how fraudsters (in this case Umar) link their own personal interests to the interests of a group, or the interests of a movement so that he can shield himself from anyone posing legitimate criticism. so to a lot of his followers when you say “Umar isnt an above board dude” it comes off as “I hate the black power movement”, which is probably the biggest grift he’s got going on.

plot twist at the end of the second episode, they pretty much say that Talcum X aka Shaun King is the left wing version of Umar. and you know what? I dont disagree

Bless your heart.

Definitely helps validity to be the thing the fraudster you're speaking on claims to be.

exactly. and it may be too academic for the casual umar follower too engage, but the fact that he doesnt just address his words, but umar's body of "academic" work holds a lot of weight with me. none of umars work is peer reviewed. and neither is the foundation of his "research".

also, umar having 4 kids by 4 different women he isnt married too, and getting on shows like the breakfast club to talk about how gay people are causing the destruction of the black family is probably the most hilariously hypocritical thing about the whole thing

*Young Dolph*.....Hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up hold up.......Umar has 4 kids by 4 DIFFERENT women?? If so he should NEVER talk about the downfall or destruction of the black family again.....let alone in the first place to begin with.

He makes points I agree with still. But I stopped referencing him just about as quickly as I was made aware of him.

Had no idea he had 4 kids. Let alone 4 different baby mothers. Mans never talks about them, at least not from what I've consumed.

Craziness.

i wouldnt have known (or cared) unless i listened to this podcast lol the difference between people cracking jokes on youtude and investigative journalism lol

To your point though, to talk about the destruction of the black family. To talk about raising our black boys. Acting like you have real investment in these things absolutely makes me curious enough to care if he had his own family unit. Given how much he talks, I just made the assumption he didnt have kids simply due to that being an easy inclusion into all of your speeches about raising black boys and starting a damn school.

But, as the saying goes, you know what happens when you assume.
