For what it's worth, I don't truly believe Umar to be a scammer, but I do think that he's a bit of a doofus & a bigot how'll continue to get in his own way. That Lord Jamar interview was very telling.

Umar thinks funding him IS funding the school. The fact that he’s taking donations via chash app tells you all you need to know about how he’s moving. No school is getting off the ground with a cash app account. I won’t take the endeavors seriously until I see a team set up, legitimate fundraising avenues, and full financial transparency.
