I have a question. Please advise. Big sizes (12+) on limited releases like these tend to be more expensive on the secondary market on average? Possibly a function of limited supply rather than crazy demand like you see in the 8-11 range?

i live in NYC. you will NEVER get a 4BR with a 2 car garage for 1100. if u do, thats freaking lovely. i wish i had that. i wouldnt even need a roommate. 1100 is super doable.
