I remember the stories about him taking the time to teach the younger kids on the cast how to act since a lot of them had never done it before their roles on the show.

Speaking of Marlo though, it was a trip watching Jaime Hector playing a cop, a good one at that, on Bosch for like 6-7 seasons
He's such a good actor though so I didn't even think of Marlo at all the whole time

Wow. Just watched a few minutes, and Ghost and the lil kid got way better dialogue/acting that him

I honestly don't think he's bad, I think he's good in The Hurt Locker. He's not Juilliard caliber at all though.
