My VISA was declined for some reason the first time but went through just fine when i re-submitted it. So it's probably not a Mastercard issue.

That thing is gone.... Random restockes only come mid season or after huge exclusive drops... But could happen near the end of season.

95% of things "restock" on Supreme's site. They're not full fledged restocks, but they are canceled/rejected orders.

Not all the time
But since the " great explosion", yes stuff is getting restocked at astronomical proportions. This was not happening back in 08-10(as far as the online store is concerned)...you would get maybe 1 or 2 at most restocks and that's it
