ive been wanting to get into COP this past week thinking it would drop below 45. now im thinking its too much ti buy at 51...hate when this happens
 
hoping for EFTC to be in the green. i think this is more of a long term play.
i wish i held onto JMBA longer, sold at $1.61 and its had a great run up.

Lazy...what would an internal memo signify? Yeah i'll prolly sell my shares of C today while i'm up and hope for bad earnings report and then go in onit maybe friday/monday.
 
Last time they dropped a memo about their revenue/outlook the price went up...It was obscene IMO.

DIGEST : This bill requires, on or before July 1, 2010,

home through the use of hypodermic needles and other
similar devices to submit to the California Integrated
Waste Management Board (CIWMB) a plan for the safe
collection and destruction of home-generated sharps waste
containing specified elements. This bill requires the
manufacturer and the CIWMB to post and maintain the plan on
their respective Internet web sites.
