The problem is Ted Cruz’ voters and Texans who don’t vote for Ted’s opponents.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen this much allegiance for a foreign country, and I used to live in a much younger country. A politician dedicating Independence Day to France would have triggered calls for removal.
