I’m hoping part of this is more liberals and progressives deplatformed themselves from twitter.

this is a silly point. its pretty obvious what he's going for. these are not specifically pro republican accounts with uniformly conservative audiences that mostly produce republican/conservative boosting content.

russia today, portnoy, polymarket, Barstool, have ideologically mixed, or big non political audiences. that have lots of not conservative specific content.

RustyShackleford RustyShackleford is truly a tragic human being. Crashing out again are we?

Keep pushing your Rupert Murdoch propaganda. you pathological liar.

You’re free to dispute his characterization, but we’re not going to adopt the IHRA definition of libel, wherein no one has the right to criticize or hold someone accountable for their past statements or actions.
This does not mean that it's fair game to engage in name-calling or other rule violations, of course.

Over the years, many people have lobbied for us to treat accusations of racism as a personal attack/insult.

We've opted not to, and a really good example of why may be found in the Ahmaud Arbery thread.

We will not treat the allegation of racism as racist, to treat collective accountability for racism as racist. Our moderation team will not regulate this community like Facebook, where White men are protected from hate speech, but not Black children. Such a policy would have a chilling effect on the mere discussion of racism – favoring “a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice."

We've refused to equate the criticism of the Israeli government with anti-Semitism for the same reason:

Criticism of a government is not hate speech, but dehumanization is.

If someone had altered or fabricated your alleged posts, that would be against our forum rules.

While you may no longer stand by them, these are all genuine posts from your account:

As far as politics are concerned I believe the left and the right to be equally nasty and dishonest. Our choices this time around are as bad/sad as they've ever been.

As far as comedy goes, Gillis is quite funny. Dave Chappelle took him on the road as his opener for good reason.

Keep in mind this is a democrat

This brand of propaganda is incredibly dangerous

Their recent invocation has not yet produced constructive dialogue, and you have every right to dispute the characterization of your positions (past or present) as pro-Trump, but that doesn't mean the entire conversation ought to be out of bounds.
The United States is a country in dire need of honest introspection - especially at a time when revisionist history has become a crusade for the executive branch. Important discussions deserve to be handled in good-faith.

I’d say that we’re living through the consequences of “both-sideism,” but not all of us are living through it.

Those not so bigoted as to believe that a child's life in Gaza is worth less than a child's life in Israel had more than ample cause for outrage against the Biden administration and its complicity in an ongoing genocide. Like many Americans, I voted "uncommitted" in the 2024 Democratic primary elections to send that exact signal. In November of that year, neither Joe Biden nor Anthony Blinken were part of the ticket.

When we don't have the luxury of voting for our ideal candidate(s), we nonetheless bear the responsibility to use our vote to select our future opposition.

Benjamin Netanyahu did not believe that both sides were the same in 2024. Elon Musk did not believe that both sides were the same. Peter Theil did not believe that both sides were the same. Miriam Adelson did not believe that both sides were the same. They acted accordingly.
Too many well-intended Americans did not.

If we are to avoid this outcome in the future, we need to be clear-eyed about what happened in 2024. When given a choice between two candidates of vastly disparate preparedness and maturity, the majority of Americans acted out of apathy, pettiness, and spite to ultimately self-destructive ends.

This took on many forms. Far too many White women voted against a well-qualified woman out of racism and anti-LGBTQIA hysteria. Small, insecure men voted against a well-qualified woman out of misogyny and jealous resentment, because she wasn't "race-loyal" in choosing a partner, failed to meet an arbitrary racial purity standard, didn't pass the all-important demure giggle test, did not possess a longform paper proof of employment at McDonald's from the 1970's, or threatened to expose their innocent princess to the indignity of participating in a voluntary taxpayer-funded afterschool club activity with a theoretical transgender classmate.

A lot of very comfortable people helped condemn and endanger the most vulnerable people on the planet to grandstand in front of bots and strangers on social media, posturing as if moving out of the way of Netanyahu's preferred candidate was worth it to "teach the Democrats a lesson."

It's now 2026. The benefits of that "lesson" are indiscernible. The costs are incalculable.

Guy who worked in Trump’s first administration said they talked about invoking the 25th. Said republicans said they didn’t want to start a civil war.

And any republican who says something about Christian values while not being able to say anything about trumps post should be completely ignored. If Obama had said praise be to Allah on Easter their would have been a mob with pitchforks headed to the White House.

The Turks would wipe the floor with them conventionally militarily speaking :lol, they probably have the 2nd strongest army in NATO right now.

Only one's who would benefit from Turkiye becoming the next Iran type boogeyman would the hardliners over there who still harbor Ottoman revisionist dreams. Definitely wouldn't be the IDF facing a modern and ultra well equipped army :lol

My cousin is a doctor

She says that when she is in the hospital, gives a patient some form opioid painkiller, and comes pain later to check on them she can always tell if the meds have kicked in before she ask them just by the look on their face.

She says she knows Tiger an addict because he always has that look on his face

Says his mind is always moonwalking

I don’t understand why these reports just don’t answer the follow-up of “who are you with?” It gives him an out every time to not answer the question.

Because it shapes his response. He won't answer a question unless he knows which media outlet you're with. If you don't tell him, he'll pester you, then probably assume you're with the failing fake liberal news, and not answer the question. By identifying themselves, they'll at least get an answer. Also, journalists are just adding more doddering old man babble to a very long list.

Traditionally, American media does not censor or edit the president (Canada does with their PMs). They're doing their jobs by getting him on the record on literally everything and then sharing it.

I mean with all the injuries he’s suffered with his back alone I’m not shocked at all.
