I stress it again but Trump is clouding ppl from the fact that Republicans are further far right tham they've ever been and they're less willing to compromise or negotiate on the key issues when they're in power and this has been happening since the turn of the century. Since Bush/Gore. The divide has only grown and more importantly than these corrupt politicians there are 70+ million Americans blindly backing them.

That isn't just going to go away now. I can already see some of narratives for the Biden presidency when McConnell starts blocking **** any chance he gets and certain things don't get done. These next 4 years shouldnt be spent on trying to be one team with those dudes.
