nah man, we needed to see Shaka Schumer and Anansi Pelosi in Kente clothe scarves in June. How else could these two powerful congressional leaders show support for black causes like ending police brutality? It’s not like this is a empty statement that reflects the lack of understanding of some of their most stalwart supporters....... or that their default approach to black problems is shallow pandering.
This was just a innocent photo op like what Trump did last week. Everyone should appreciate the amount of thought that went into this.

The the thing is that the Congressional Black Congress asked them to swear those scarves, they gave it to them, and to have that moment of silence. The introduced a big policing reform bill this morning, that was the reason for the presser. So this morning was not just some empty pandering.

Also I hear you but I just don’t got patience for **** like this. Pass the police reform bill into law, then pass more bills Into law and I would feel less venom over these photo ops. Take Rand Paul out back and threaten his everything and get that lynching bill passed.
Like if either of them said “**** the Police” I would respect them a lot more than this stunt.
