I like AOC but she's not going to change anything. The democrats as a whole are not playing the same game as the GOP. Democrats act like the rulebook the GOP plays from is the same one they do. It isn't. And everyone plays along like they are, but they're not. The GOP play under fundamentally different, party established rules. Can't count on the new guard to fix things when the old guard is gone. Same **** the people before us said. Look how that's turned out. Gotta count on us to vote and protest and vote. im not necessarily expecting the new guard to fix anything. I’m counting on them to put the GOP in positions that they effectively can’t do anything about due to actions they decided to take during Trumps presidency instead of checking his constant overreaching. You can only hand out so many get out jail free cards beforeyou’re forced to hand one to someone you don’t like or agree with

If there is, what is there to glean from it? With certain acquittal, it seems likely a couple in vulnerable states would also vote to acquit.
Even Republicans don't contest anymore that he's guilty, they just don't care.
