The Democratic party has traditonally never appealled to people like Hassan so what are we talking about :lol

The election where they paid bare lip service to those positions in the aftermath of the protests and pandemic was the one that got Biden elected.

They went 100% the opposite direction this time around

Biden absolutely tacked to the left after winning the nomination.

- Brought on a bunch of Elizabeth Warren advisors
- Overshooting on stimulus and not worrying enough about inflation
- not acting quickly enough on the border, catering to immigration activist groups
- changing moderating tone on abortion, flipping on the hyde amendment.

Biden went left after winning the nomination instead of pivoting to the center like most presidents.

Although Roe v. Wade was overturned, this doesn’t make abortion illegal nationwide; rather, it places the decision in the hands of individual states instead of under federal regulation. Trump has repeatedly stated there should be exceptions for abortion and has publicly expressed that Florida’s 6-week limit is too restrictive.

In my view, immigration is an even more pressing issue than inflation. Many people may not fully realize how deeply communities and citizens are affected by it. Although it's not widely discussed in public, it’s a significant topic behind closed doors. States like New York and Massachusetts, which initially supported more open immigration policies, are now declaring states of emergency and urging citizens to house immigrants. It seems clear that emphasizing a strong stance on immigration would resonate widely.

I think it remains challenging for Trump to reach 65. So there's hope for Harris.

Might end up being the quote of the day right here
Hows your birthday going?

I still believe Kamala Harris may come out on top based on the remaining states, but it’s hard to say for certain. Tomorrow, I’ll wake up and continue with my day as usual, learning the results then. I’m too tired to stay up for this. There are already claims of significant fraud in Philadelphia, and honestly, I’m just exhausted by it all.
