Have over 35+ different ones I've collected over the 30+ years and only 1 is worth 4 figures (my Tag Gulf Formula One Quartz Chrono my wife got me for Christmas). This thing above is a joke!!

I SO SO VERY MUCH want a respected watch person to take the $100k watch and open it up and see exactly what is powering this "Tourbillion". I want to see the garbage parts used and show everyone that this $100k watch is worse than the sidewalk "Rollex" one can get in NYC.

*if* the watch was actually solid gold, it’d be ~$15k worth of gold? And factory set VS1 diamonds are maybe another $10k.

So roughly $40k, marked up to $100k isn’t necessarily completely unheard of.

I suspect many are victims of the almost decades long Russian disinformation system that’s impacted our country since 2012. I agree that these people might be posting from the states but their talking points and script are coming straight from the politburo whether they realize it or not.

I've read through the whole indictment twice and recall some of the reporting about the raids prior to it.
Eric Adams is cooked.
Maybe there's a slight chance he'll get a hung jury on the bribery due to the Supreme Court making it much harder to pursue bribery charges against public officials but that's about it. The indictment contains plenty of other charges.

Almost the entirety of the scheme is laid out in text messages. The indictment specifically uses the term "lying" several times with regards the interrogations of Eric Adams, his young female staffer and at least 1 of the unnamed businessmen.
The Adams staffer who was Adams' wingwoman is only in her early or mid 20s and the Eric Adams indictment makes clear that they have plenty to charge her as well. At the bare minimum they can get her for false statements and obstruction of justice.
That's the staffer who tried to delete texts in the bathroom during a voluntary interrogation so she's clearly not the brightest.
I assume the prosecutors will offer her a plea deal in exchange for a cooperation agreement. She's only one step below the big fish in this scheme so cooperating is the only possible way out for her. Or at least to get a drastically reduced sentence.

Dudes blaming Biden for losing their TWO $40k jobs during the pandemic strikes me as the same type of blue collar stupid.

At a certain point it becomes hard to parse out whether it's Republican propaganda or Russian propaganda because the differences are minimal. But sadly I don't think most of those dudes in the voting thread are bots by any stretch of the imagination. They're just not intelligent people who have been engaging with us on the very sophisticated topic of sneakers for decades.

I truly believe the Russian propaganda is Republican Propaganda and has been this way for a long time. It’s almost like when war hawk conservatives were pushed to the side Russia took advantage and has been taking advantage ever since. I think these dudes are deplorables and probably real people but they are getting their information from the same sources that the State Department has confirmed have been part of the Russian scam.
