Yeah, the G10/G11 is a brick man. I definitely wont fit in your pocket.

From reading some things.......no....it does not have HD. Seems kind of dumb since I know Canon has a good handle on that with P & S.

na but seriously tho.. how?

Anyone know where to get a good price on a D40 kit or Body only? My brother doesnt use his kit lens for his D90 much so he said i can have it if i get a D40body.

My girl got me a Nikon P90 camera for my birthday yesterday I believe they go for like $400...so I figured I'd come in here and ask you experts ifthat's a good camera because she said that the people at J&R Music World told her it was a good camera, but I told her they'd tell you anything toget a sale...let me know your thoughts on it or if I should go return it and get something else because I don't think she's to happy with her purchase.

Nice pic though krux!

Any insight from any of you guys about this question I asked earlier or can any of you point me in the right direction or a message board or something to findout more?

^ I'm not a fan of Nikon P&S cameras at all. The P90... it's ok. That's the one with a lot of zoom right?

I would have gotten a new/used D40 for around the same price, and you'd have a way better camera. Even better, I would have saved up a bit more cash, andgotten a brand new D3000. It retails for $599. It's a new and improved D40. Same low light performance as the D90, etc.

Testing out the new 35mm f/1.8

BTW...this dead pixel #%%+ is bothering me. It doesn't show up in every picture. Somehow it seems to show up when I'm shooting at a specificexposure/aperture. What could cause that?

^ It's a dead pixel in you sensor. Nothing you can do about it. Just use the healing tool in PS.
