OFFICIAL PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 2 THREAD : VOL. WHERE'S HUNTER?

Enh, I enjoyed the first one. Scariest movie ever? Naw. But I'd be lying if I said I wasn't entertained.

*shrugs*

Maybe not the scariest but it's up there imo. Also, if ya'll have not seen The Fourth Kind yet, DO IT ASAP!

The first one was an excellent movie. One of the best 'horror' films in the last few years.

But! I'm positive it was a one time thing. From my knowledge, no one involved in the first one is involved in this one. As I see it, they're just trying to milk it for what its got. Not to mention, the first one cost about $12,000 while this one is 2 million +. Anyways, I'll pass unless I read some really good things about it.

Going tonight...

Nothing spectac, but it's some weird stuff that shows if you rewind it. Thought it was interesting.

this movie has surprisingly gotten good reviews so far.

usually sequels like this are terrible just made from the hype of the original.

Just got back from watching it. It's scarier than the first one, but the atmosphere was wack. All these damn teenagers laughing at the stupidest moments and talking throughout the movie. Have no expectations, think like "this stuff really happens out there" and it'll be scary for you.

Spoiler [+]
It's more of a prequel though.

It was actually pretty good.
But yeah, like dude said above, atmosphere was super wack, dudes thinkin' they're funny and @#$# cracking jokes while the movie is going on
