No he is not he is actually very help full with some major info, others only care about making money and resell they stay quiet.
Read his other tweets he is going to use it only for few slots for his personal use.
And start thinking he is not the only one who knows how to code if he could write a bot there are lot of others who already did it but they say nothing (They are the real enemy not TND).
Thanks to him at least we know something like this is possible.
And just to clarify i don't support everything he does but i used a lot of info he posted on twitter.
