Honestly it's like getting your house ready for a dog plus covering the outlets
Pretty much sums it up

Last night I had to take the little one to the ER. She was puking all day and couldn't keep anything in her stomach. She also had a high fever. We were there till midnight. Man it's tough. I wouldn't say that im a single parent cuz her mom does come and visit from time to time but I called her and told her we were at the hospital and all she said was "oh I'm not home".

My boys had their football banquet last night.
My 6yr old earned flag team defensive player of the year.
Extremely proud of them and how much determination they showed in their first year of football

If you don't mind me asking how did you get custody?
Yep outlets, small stuff they put in their mouth, and cover shark corners with foam, and hide the dog food. My daughter got a pebble from the dog food tray and when I went to take it from her she hurried up and threw it in her mouth then started to choke on it lightly. Had to do the maneuver on her to cough it back up which she did. She won't go near that food now

Been going to court since forever fam. Sometimes even 2 times a year. It's a constant back and forth. At some point she said she was trying to "focus on her career". I got the little one since then
I'm reading this after I just told my daughter we're going for her spring break this year. Lol.Well, bros...I survived Disney World with my daughter last weekend. She had a blast, but holy **** that place sucks. Two things I hate...crowds and wait times, and you can't escape either. It's a ******* rip off, and when you tally up what you're actually spending and how that could have been used on a nice vacation to the Caribbean, man...you end up hating it that much more.
Welp, I can check off that we've been there...because I'm never setting foot in that place again

Congrats. I did the same last year.
Congrats my man! We as men/fathers are the foundation of what these girls look for as the definition of a man. Had a mini birds and bees discussion with my 13 yr old daughter and she already knew 80% of what's poppin in these streets :xThanks, my heart kinda sank as I'm completely clueless on how to raise a girl, but I'm going to instill as much values as I can in her and hope for the best.
Go for it, keep them close in age. Just like it takes two parents to care for a child, u gonna need two kids to look after u when u get old, LOL. My bros kids are 17 years apart and he feels like he has more parenting skills now. he is also bugging that he's starting over.My girl having baby fever n keep saying she ready for #2. I jus don't think I'm ready for that, I always seen myself being 1 and done. And I'm finally at a place where I can provide nice things for my family, pay all the bills and still have enough money to buy things for myself. Past years were straight struggle, hell I made this thread during a down point in my life and wanted to acknowledge my only happiness at the time. My question to u guys, when did u know u were ready for #2? Or did it just happen?
I wasn't prepared for any of my 5. i had a 7 yr break between my 2 and 3rd. That allowed me to deal with school, work and better my relationship with wifey. Id say to wait until you get your finanaces straight and make sure this is the lady you want to be with.My girl having baby fever n keep saying she ready for #2.
