They could I've seen some people receive beat packaging but the fragrance inside was fine. Also it takes awhile for them to ship and for you to get your item but other than that yes they are 100% legit, obviously the best bet is to buy from Nordstrom to for sure get a new up to date bottle but if you want cheaper Fragrancenet.com is the way to go.

you cant and ive even tried pouring it out but its impossible, you just rub it onto your skin and it comes out

I poured one into a 5ml atomizer, it took so long that I just threw the other vial in the sample box and said forget it.

Yeah Nordstrom has the nicest employees. Macy's on the other hand has the worst employees, at least the ones in the fragrance department. I only go there if I need to pick up something ASAP for someone. It's not that they're rude, they just won't leave you the @#$@ alone for a second!!!! Constantly throwing hundreds of trash toilet cleaner fragrances in your face.
