Believe it or not some people actually buy shoes based on history and meaning. I personally copped it because its a dope Penny shoe and I was a hug fan but also because this is one of if not the only Nike shoe Jordan actually played in during a game that wasn't an Air Jordan, after he clipped the one off the back. I saw that game as a child so this shoe has some sentimental value to it, brings back nice memories.

Hate it or not, I'm a old a** MF. For the most part, when it comes to sneakers, I base my shoe buying habits on what I loved when I was a young buck... For me, this particular shoe dominated my junior year in high school (1995) and it represents the work I put in to start varsity all of that year. To this day, this shoe is in my top10 for best shoes I ever owned. The comfort level in this shoe was top notch back in 1995, and it performed well too. But as far as today goes, I don't play ball anymore; the knees just won't allow it. But I sure as hell can throw on a warm-up suit and head to the casino, or a Bulls game, or a Cubs game, or whatever.

I personally just love the look of the shoe. I liked the shoe before I found out Jordan even played in it, but that just made me want it even more. I'm not a big Orlando fan, so I passed on those. And I don't have the money at the moment to purchase the All-Star ones, although I will be saving up for a pair hopefully. So for $130, it was a no-brainer personally.

They come out Oct. 3rd, but a ton of places have them already for retail. Just look through the last couple of pages and you'll find some sites with them still in full stock.

Let em know peru, these joints were highly sought after and waited on for 12 years for me. i vividly remember that playoff series in 95' (bulls-magic) where mj wore straight heat that series. got fined for wearing white shoes when it was mandatory to wear a team-uniform black pair and also changing from 45-23
Game 3- THESE!! had to wear a black shoe while nike was cooking him up a black pair of shoes which became.....

i had the same issue write your address in line 1 and 2 leave the suite box alone ad you should be good. you could leave youre number out. if you decide to go to rd route im sure you would be able to get youre pair because last year the spot i went didnt have the orlando joints which means limited.

My local Finishline had them on display today alongside the Kilroy 9's.
No word on how many but this store usually gets a lot of retros so hopefully easy $80 pickup after coupon & reward.

I ordered mine from CitySole on Saturday and had my tracking info updated today. They are only coming from NY, so hopefully they should be here by Wednesday.
