Official NFL Free Agency + Trades vol. It's Time.

I wouldn't doubt that the Raiders did offer Cromartie a big deal though. They know they have to act quick since they're the one team that knows that they aren't getting Nnamdi.

Addition by subtraction my man. Roy Williams just plugging things up since he wasn't producing like he should have been. Romo we'll make it easier for the younger guys to learn and develop. Shouldn't be a big deal.
Im with you 100% but what if Dez or Miles goes down this season? Who is your WR? Sam Hurd? Ogletree?

You do realize that you made nothing close to resembling an argument in that red wall of text, don't you? Ok, so he had 20 catches for 300 yards in 5 games, I'm so very sorry for converting that to yards per catch. For you entertainment, that is 60 yards per game. And let us not forget he had a 20 yard catch called back against the ******** in week 1.

If you could read and actually comprehend, which I'm assuming you can't, I said the season "after his first full season." And the entire argument was based on his stats WITH Tony Romo as his quarterback. Remember, Tony was hurt against the Giants and at the time Roy was having a breakout year.

I'm sure they pick up somebody in this FA frenzy.

Giants are cutting C Shaun O'Hara.

There will be some stellar players to be had out there.

That crap excuse that he would have been great this year with a healthy Romo is just that, crap. There weren't exactly any premier arms in Detroit during his first few seasons and he still put up better numbers. His fumble cost them a game that would have put them in better position for a WC. Even when the team went on their run and were scoring points, he still couldn't get involved. 13 TD's in 40 games doesn't make him worth what we gave up in picks.

Owens is the same height as Roy but yea Tony couldn't get the ball up to a taller receiver.
Let me know which receiver opposite Terrell Owens put up pro bowl numbers once he left San Francisco. I'll wait for your response.

Let me know the last team to have a pro bowl receiver with 90+ catches and 1200+ yards, a tight end with 90+ catches and 1000+ yards, and another pro bowl receiver with similar numbers to the first receiver. I'll wait for that response as well.

Let me know what Roy Williams' stats were when Tony Romo got hurt last year. I'll wait for this response once I receive the other two.

The bottom line is, Roy Williams was brought into a situation where he couldn't win. He wasn't going to supplant TO as a #1 receiver. He wasn't going to all of a sudden get faster and be better than Miles Austin. He wasn't going to get 10 targets per game in an offense where the quarterback looked for no less than 3 other people before him. What kind of production were you asking for? O, the kind of production he was giving you in the first 5 games of last season when Tony Romo realized that Roy was a possession receiver who could score touchdowns when given the opportunity.
