Yeah I always use icon passing too but it's annoying because it's always a pass that can easily be stolen, in some situations a bounce pass would be a better idea.

This too. Sometimes by the time you end up passing the ball, who you're passing to isn't where he was anymore and there goes your 6th turnover
icon passing slows your reaction time, but directional passing is soooo trash on this game you have no other choice
gotta get in the habit of bringing up the icons to pass cause as of late the A button is ******* me over A LOT. Its pretty obvious who im trying to pass it to yet it goes nowhere near the guy but to someone whose not even in the picture

I look at folks playing 2K and a LOT of turnovers are user error. Folks tend to make VIDEO GAME passes (across zones) that they wouldn't make if they were playing basketball.
Then they get mad at the CPU for having, "E.yes in the back of their head" when those turnovers can be prevented
Yea I disagree but ok. I can consistently keep my passing turnovers to < 3 each game. User error. This game has flaws. People just have never turned their mind off of playing arcade basketball when they play this game. You always think the game never makes mistakesthe pass in this game is thrash point blank period....
Yea what is your concern exactly?Anyone apply the community-created Draft Classes when starting a new MyGm, or going with the games default, CPU based version?
There are MANY user help threads on OperationSports Forums. Go check them out. I would ask how much time have you spent in practice mode mastering dribbling commands and shot controls?

Honestly depends on who created the Draft Class man and whether or not they understand how 2K's rating system works and properly creating rookies that will fall in line.
Go for it. I love that 2K allows us to do personalized draft classes man. When that news came out in 2K10, it was some of the best news ever.

I know you will hate this answer but training your brain to do it via slowing down and doing it for every pass in srimmege mode will get you right for actual games.I feel you (no ayo) i just feel like the game does dumb ish on passing. Its hard in the heat of the moment to bring up the icons to pass all the time esp on split second decisions.
There is a dude named EZEKIAL or something on XBOX One. Falls in line with the in game ratingI used to create some dope realistic draft classes. Been out that game for a while, and haven't been on OS in a minute. Link to any realistic sim draft classes?

So they can add the Melo M12, but not the Kobe XI

Some good info in this thread. Not sure how much background basketball knowledge you have but this has a lot of "insider" talk, meaning they assume you have some sort of basketball knowledge. Not saying you don't, just giving a heads up
