That's what I'm not sure on. Originally, I was told they would try to get Vince Carter as well using their TPE since Dallas is trying to free up as much space as possible. But, now I think its just Memphis combining their 2nd round picks to get #13 since Dallas does not want to pay a rookie guaranteed money. Memphis does have their eye on Caldwell-Pope that's in that range. The other guys I've seen mentioned are Hardaway Jr., Ledo and Karasev, but they don't need to use #13 on them. Another thing I've thought about is them packaging that pick with a player to move up in the draft or acquire someone else.
I'm not really excited about the pick because I feel like its one of the worst positions in the draft
. Anybody you take at 13, you could possibly get later in the draft or someone that's just as good.
