Exactly, when the Heat play this type of defense. They get the offense too tired, which means the opposing team starts slacking of defense. That's what's happening to the Pacers. Too many turnovers gets them too tired and they lose focus

It's impossible to overcome unless you have a quick, poised PG. Spurs have that in Tony Parker tho, that's the big difference.

It is gonna be interesting how effective Chalmers and Cole are against Parker. Their pressure defense is not going to be a good look against someone like him. He will eat them up if they force him to drive.

Never thought id have to actually put my faith in the spurs smh. Gotta take the lesser of 2 evils and im mess wit tp n pop

Serious question: Do some of you really think Indiana has a better basketball team than Miami??

They're not but they should have won this series. All the turnovers, refs favor miami and game 1 mistakes made this a 7 games series.

They still have 2 more quarters to prove themselves though.

What does that even mean?? You're saying they're the better team, but the can't beat the Heat in 7?

You do realize that is exactly why they play 7 game series, right? To insure the better team wins.

I'm glad people are seeing how bad of a coach Frank Vogel is. That hole they dug in the second with the bench in could cost this game. He's too smart for his own good. The front office needs to go after Lionel Hollins should they lose this game. Pacers aren't going to that next level with Vogel at the helm.

reggie miller is about to suit up.

Just gotta keep our foot and on the pedal and continue to be the aggressor. And maintain this energy. We should be able to take it home if we don't get complacent with this lead

TRADE

Indiana: George Hill, Danny Granger, Picks
LAC: CP3

Indiana would be such a beast

IND

CP3

LAC

Granger
Crawford
George Hill

random question, but why is it such an intolerable offense on here to not be a heat fan but root for lebron? or to root on the heat just because of lebron?

It does not matter if the Pacers have a better team or not when you have Frank "scottie Brooks" Vogel as your coach. You can be sure he will put the worst possible lineup during the most crucial times.

The storyline of this first half for me would be the Pacer's inability to get West and Hibbert established in the post due to the Heat doubling and rotating to close out the shooters.

Drew, what did I tell you man LOL

How many of them have admitted that they are not Heat fans but Lebron stans? To this day I do not know which team xpopocateptl reps.

Pacers have no one to blame but themselves right now. A 15 point lead in this type of game is like 30 points the way they're turning the ball over. Not much they can do tho, how can they adjust with this type of Heat defense? It's impossible unless George Hill speeds it up and they start moving the ball quicker and faster.
