This. Had this been 2 no name players, it would've been a flagrant off top. Refs love manu and they also know that tony is gritty and "tough enough to take the contact ". Had allen fouled ginobli that exact way, it would've probably been a flagrant 2 because ginobli is so delicate.
Allen did what he had to do to get equal treatment.
