Kobe getting amenestied would be more surreal than when Peyton Manning was released. I think dude would just retire rather than play for another city/team. And Doug Collins resigning
About damn time. Dude has the most inconsistent rotations and never lets young players develop in games smh

I dont know why you are assuming that if Kobe got amnestied, he would then play for another team. IMO, the only way Kobe is amnestied is if he and his doctor agree that the best thing for him is to miss the 2013-14 season, and come back healed for the 2014-15 season. And if thats the case, Kobe can just resign with the Lakers anyway.
Theres no way the Lakers amnesty Kobe if he will be back next season. But I dont think he will be. The Lakers using their amnesty on Kobe would be the best thing for the team, and for Kobe.

I'm not shocked at all.
Season before he arrived in Chicago, 30-52. His first two seasons, 40-42, 50-32, then 47-35 (not a drop off)
Season before in Detroit 28-54. First two seasons, 46-36, 54-28, then 21-24
Season before in Washington 19-63. Following two seasons, 37-45
Philly? 27-55, then 41-41, 35-31, and now 32-47.
You don't need to use advanced stats to predict that.
Seriously cause I said the exact same thing to my friends when they asked me how the amnesty of Kobe would work for the Lakers benefit. I was about to QFT Dlands post
Let me see if I get this right.
Amnesty Kobe, in which they STILL PAY 30 million, then SIGN MORE PLAYERS to pay them, and do all that, to SAVE money?
Its not that hard of a concept to grasp.
