**Official Meek Mill Thread****Dreamchasers IV Out Now**

"Aye judge why you tripping cus I gave a false piss test and didn't get a travel permit. I mean yeah I violated PO but it ain't like I'm out here killing folks damn"
:lol
Woulda respected this instead of that crying **** honestly
And at least he has a point
But rules are rules

There's no point because killing someone isn't the only crime you can commit :lol just because you did a lesser crime it's still a crime and you still get punished

Imagine if that's how the courts worked "well .. you didn't kill anybody so I guess it's ok"

Don't know bro. My father been incarcerated for 14 years Fed time.  While on papers, pops been back 3-4 years total. He finally got off papers 2 months ago and still living that life.

For some, it's all they know and its an addition.  For other like myself, you get tired of it.

Read this on one of my homies page. True story.

The Hood will sell crack to your mom..Watch Your Lil Sister grown up and try to knock her off...kill ya lil brother...send you to jail...steal your dreams...steal your family...F up friendships and do the same to the next generation behind you... and what you ****** fail to realize is no matter how much you love the hood, that bi.. will never love you back.
Man repped I'm taking that and posting it. Will cite my source b.

the thing about meek's case is that the DA has it in for him. once they make up their mind that they wanna catch you slipping somewhere its up to you to be on point and don't give them anything they can use to put you back in front of the judge. I had a PO back in the day who wanted to fry me something serious but I did what I had to do in the circumstances to not give them that chance. meek has enough resources that this shouldn't be as hard for him as it is for your average down and out dude struggling in the system. instead he's out talking about the DA in songs and now we see he has to eat his words and cop pleas about those same records. is it a dirty game? absolutely. but I'm sure meek has known that for some time now. I don't wish jail on many and certainly don't wish it on meek, but he gotta get his **** together.

Ns is soundin like they want the DAs job in here.

To say he didn't change, wouldn't that mean he'd be catching the same type of cases? I been in jail with ****** that haven't changed. They've done two separate 3 year bids and another 5 years one. These Ns catch MULTIPLE drug/gun/domestic cases over a period of time.

The fact that Meek as high profile as he may be has not been arrested by an officer of the law since his initial case speaks for itself but I guess we'll ignore that fact. His his actual arrest record prolly has 2 lines on it. It's the probation that's ****** him up, as it's designed to do just that.

For all intents and purposes he has left the street. He's not out here gettin in shoot outs. Yes not even gettin into fistfights he's simply venting online from time to time. I don't even think he's done as much as shake someone's hand to hard.

Y'all actin like he's T.I.

Prisons are the way they are because of nonsensical actions by judges and DAs. I guess it's a lot easier to send someone to jail that doesn't look like anyone in your circle of friends or family.

If he was as bad as they say, it would be a lot easier to violate him for committing actual crimes instead of something as weak and discretionary as a technical violation. He's not TI. Hrs not even Chris Brown.

He didn't even get a speeding ticket or anything. A technical violation is like a parking ticket, except they'll normally sit you down if you're poor and black, and now if you're rich and black and dissed a DA 3 years ago.

Somebody that GETS IT. Repped

In the case of him dissing the DA, you just don't antagonize somebody who literally holds your fate in their hands. It doesn't matter if he called her a ***** 20 years ago, she'll hold on to that and use that against him every chance she gets. Are people out to get him? Perhaps, but that's literally the last thing you should do you do :lol

The DA told him she hated him long before he went at her on that record. What type of DA are you to say that? They don't say **** like that about murders and rapist. Him speaking out ain't make it worse. They already had it out for him. He was foolish for slipping like that but it's something so small and pitty.

I swear the dreamchasers
Went and made accounts to post in this thread
With the way folks taking up for him

Meek a clown but it's easy to see that the law he's dealing wit got it out for him ...sometimes judges/ DA's make **** personal when it shouldn't never be like that but as a civilian not much you can do bout that ...bet they wouldn't hesitate to throw 5 years at him if he jaywalked in Philly :lol :{

:lol That **** is funny.

Nobody is taking up for him though. Everybody has said what he did was dumb but the severity of it doesn't call for all this from the court and the DA. Period. He ain't get caught with another pistol, it's not an assault charge.

I didn't know that.

Still doesn't change my stance tho. It's just not smart.

People are making this into more than it seems. He basically clowned her in a song and she heard it and in return wants to fry his $^&. If you
were in that position you would do the same thing. She knows he is using the system or attempting to use the system because hes a star.
Realistically all he had to do was not use drugs and get a travel permit for out of state shows.

Of course the system is wants to fry us, everybody knows that. They been trying to do that for 400 years. He's a millionaire and you mean
to tell me you don't have the mental strength to not use drugs? Is that the "hoods" fault?

I remember this guy I was in class with had the opportunity to make $30 dollars an hour after completing a training program with me.
Of course he failed the urine test and was denied an opportunity to change his life completely. Who's fault was that?

I live in Baltimore city, I see the complete mess this city is. Having the opportunity to make it out and become a millionaire and still falling for the
simple traps is ridiculous.

Dudes in here still don't get it......any and everybody can and most likely held a grudge against somebody. From District Attorney's to world leaders of countries. To think holding a position of power somehow immunes you from personal feelings is rather foolish and not realistic.

Should the DA hold a grudge professionally speaking, no.....but with that being said you simply don't antagonize a person that has power over you. I don't think anybody in here wants or is wishing jail time for Meek.

However, those in here that are advocates of Meek or are apart of the dwindling Meek fan club need to start thinking like chess players and put the checkers down. Dudes just making a bunch of fast impulse moves and not looking at or thinking about the future. Don't just wake up and think of today as Friday, think of it as Wednesday or Thursday of next week....or next month even and what you want to do and vision it.

Nobody is "taking up for meek". We are simply speaking on how f'd up the judicial system is for black men.

The justice system is messed up, but Meek is also a goofy *** peon who got him self into this. Ol stick my hand in the fire "ouch why does it burn :o" lookin boy

But like it was said...we know how ****** up it is, and I'm sure Meek does also. Doesn't mean you give them a reason to put you back into jail.

Look, he did SOMETHING to be in this position. Nobody just called this N into court and put some fake violations on him.

You are talking about the judicial system, and rightfully so.......however, I'm talking about life champ. Get the picture. It ain't just the judicial system that's messed up.....LIFE is and can be messed up. You have to know how to make moves and maneuver in life. In other words, start making chess moves and stop making checker moves.

Because the only way to violate probation is to be convicted of a new crime
That's the point we're gettin at.
He may be sent to jail for doing something that wouldn't get you arrested or detained. Probation is a trap because you don't have to break an actual law to be imprisoned.

If someone is truly a criminal, wouldn't he have broken one of the thousands of laws out there? Jaywalking? No seatbelt? Playing his music too loud? Sagging? Littering? You mean to tell me with all of his poor decision making, an increased microscope on him and his career they couldn't find one law in America that he broke or is even accused of breaking?

Is he really a threat to public safety or society? Can't be, the judge let him go home with a 2 month continuance. This is all a spectacle. The DA/Judge is a joke.
