And on top of that he's just now hopping on back to back. SMH.Dude isn't even making hot diss records just throwing temper tantrums on social media the hell is there to miss about that?
All valid! It's not cool at all to have reference tracks floating around. It's crazy nobody is stepping up to defend real rap.
It's like this Drake dude really has people scared to say a word about anything he's done. We all know Pusha could easily
put a stop to him, along with Kendrick.
The new era of rap is very strange. I guess that's why people were actually supporting Bronson on the whole Ghostface
thing instead of actually pointing out how he over-stepped his bounds.
Pusha t is not putting a stop to drake
The reason no one cares about the reference tracks or is saying anything is because all the top rappers recorded ref tracks themselves due to then being credited writers and ghost writers. why would they **** on the people who came to them for business. You know how many songs jay z and nas have wrote for people? You know biggie penned a few verses. Meek tried to expose an industry secret that wasn't really a secret to them and made his dumb *** look all alone
That line sucks.
Wale is better than Meek.
I don't listen to either of these clowns but I'm cool with Meek starting beef with anyone and everyone. I miss this.
This is Meek we're talking about here. No way in hell he want a war of words with Wale. I slick wish he would though because I would love to hear Wale make a diss track. So MEEK is performing at Power House tonite in NY ( or Philly, not sure)
Yall think we get a new diss track tonight?
its Meek the pumpfaker, so prolly not
Wale has the best sports references to me, so, it does not suck. I don't care what you say. Wale is one of the last of a dying breed. He's versatile. Can rhyme on any beat. List me a better verse, than that. If not, shush up.
Wale will wash Meek. Wale probably gave Meek a pair of hand-me-down sneakers. Tried to root for Meek but, it's laughable, he attacked Wale, but avoided combat with Future. I think Wale could whoop meek in slapboxing/fist fight, too.
Drake is more or less untouchable. The only person that could successfully launch an attack would be Jay-Z, but then it would become us old guys that grew up on Jay vs the Youngns who have grown up with Drake.
Jay-Z run from 96-03 was amazing. But popularity wise it's more of a 98-03 run, Drake has been on his run since 09. He has a huge fan base and can get the corporate offices involved in his beefs to silence competition and to promote his ****. The only person on that level is Jay. Kanye doesn't really rock with that side too heavy because he's an emotional loose cannon and can be a liability if it's not fashion related. He's not doing the business deals Jay is doin and Drake is beginning to.
Even if Kendrick or Cole came at Drake they would fail on the larger scale. Musically they both could hold their own but in the general public it would just become progressive hip-hop fans vs those living in the moment and Drake has proven time again that he has consumers that will support his work wheather it's great (Take Care) or mediocre (WATTBA).
As far as the reference tracks, Kanye is on Jay's movie (Fade To Black) delivering "Lucifer" with beat, hook, and bridge. And it seems as if it was Ye's song at some point, we just collectively looked the other way. Meek should've realized that all the consumer gets is the final product. I'm not gonna like a song any more or less depending on who wrote it. I can discredit an artist to a degree but if the music is good Can you make yourself not like it?
I still **** with Meek but he's actin like a lil ***** right now. Word to O-Dog. But my support for him cannot force me to act as if "Wanna Know" wasn't garbage, or both his albums are no good.
"Charged Up" was corny. "Back To Back" was better but not by much, but when you have THAT many people behind you its kinda hard to lose to a guy who's own crew won't be honest with him.
Meek just needs to stop counting his money and make good music because he hasn't done that consistently since DC1 foreal.

I eff with Meek but Wale is a better rapper by far....not sure if srs
in no way shape or form is wale better than meek mill
I was just disappointed Meek didn't have a gameplan to diss DrakeMeek took a L because he "exposed" Drake only after he didn't promote his album. Which is why he's just as fake as all these "clown" rappers he's now dissing.
We know damn well if Drake had promoted Meek's album he wouldn't have said a thing about ghostwriting and this beef would've never happened. Then after he basically called him out for being a fraud he backed it up with weak *** bars a week later.
This was the worst part about the whole thing. I really hyped it up myself. I was like damn he gonna kill drake...I was just disappointed Meek didn't have a gameplan to diss Drake
Him and Flex were hyping that they were gonna make a Hit Em Up type of ether and it wasn't even close
And Wale talked some truth and Meek posted some real dumb stuff on IG, saying "Thats why u cant get my number" and "HE NOT MMG" when Meek doesn't even make the main decisions. Hell, Ross made him delete that bish-made post
Nicki prolly got to Meek's head, Meek fell off since Dreamchasers II smh
Or he learned his lesson to respond quickerI like how Meek was quick to get back at Wale...And let the Drake ride on him for 2 days. (lol)
Picking his battles.
