I think it has more to do with his triple pump fakes and his rip through move.

Edit:

How could I forget "AYYYYYYYYYYYE!"

Totally forgot about this. In that case, I completely agree, I actually think he should be ranked higher then. Him, Pierce, Durant are great on getting players to jump!

I never thought Kobe was a flopper and IMO he gets the least amount of "superstar" calls.

*AYYYYYYYEEE, slaps hands together*

this is true BUT his complaining and "aye!" as you pointed out might be annoying refs so they swallow the whistle. if he kept quiet i think hed get more calls...

David Stern is the reason Kobe doesn't get the superstar treatment anymore. The NBA is just sick of him still being on top.

On the low, the latter part of kobe's career has eclipsed the "new generation" of superstars that were poised to be the new faces of the league.

Lakers still have a chance if Spurs lose to the Hawks today. Who would have the tie breaker in case the spurs and lakers finish even?

Lakers have the tie-breaker against San Antonio.

Lakers DO NOT have the tie breaker against Chicago if they face in the finals.

Pretty sure we do from what I heard.  I think it comes to conference record which we would have a 1 game advantage over them.

Good! Because I rather celebrate at home!

EDIT: It would be kind of dope for Phil to win another/last Championship with his last team in his 'First' team's house! Imagine the crowd reacting when he says 'Goodbye'

Am I the only one that honestly does not want to be the number 1 seed in the west this year?

I mean it only means we're most likely gonna have to play OKC one round earlier... that doesn't seem worth it to me.

Im more than happy staying put at #2 with a better record than Boston.
